D R & C Private Home Care is a CQC Registered provider of Domiciliary Care Services. We are a small locally run company providing services to young and older adults who require care and support to enable them to live independently in their own home.

We provide a daily home care service and a live in service at an affordable price. Our care and support workers are all recruited through our structured recruitment process and this includes:

• Confirmation of the Right to Work in the UK

• Initial screening

• Face to face interviews with our Recruitment Consultants

• Aptitude and technical tests (where appropriate)

• Employment & Character References taken up

• DBS Disclosure clearance 

• Original Certificates and qualifications

We have an in-house induction and ongoing training programme to enable our carers and support staff to grow and develop their skills and knowledge.
